The plain-language rules for using this website and joining the UnPoco waitlist. We've kept them short and fair.

This website tells you about UnPoco and lets you join the waitlist. Joining is free and commits you to nothing. UnPoco isn't for sale yet — when it is, a separate set of sale terms will apply and will be shown to you before you buy.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at unpoco.ai (the “Site”), operated by UnPoco (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The waitlist

The Site currently lets you join a waitlist to be notified when UnPoco becomes available. Joining the waitlist:

  • is free of charge;
  • does not create any obligation for you to buy anything, and does not guarantee that a product will be offered, available, or reserved for you;
  • simply means you've asked us to email you about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Any prices, dates, features, or specifications mentioned on the Site are indicative, may change, and are not an offer to sell.

3. No sale yet; future purchase terms

UnPoco is not currently sold through this Site. When it becomes available for purchase or pre-order, that transaction will be governed by separate sale terms (covering price, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty), which we'll present to you before you complete any purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • submit false information or someone else's email address without permission;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • use automated means to scrape or flood our forms, or otherwise misuse the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The UnPoco name, logo, text, graphics, and design on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or use our branding or content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

6. The Site is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or final.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnPoco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and these Terms don't apply to them.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where UnPoco operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Some jurisdictions give you rights that apply regardless of these Terms, and nothing here takes those away.
